This study aims to analyze the mathematical literacy ability of junior high school students reviewed from the Adversity Quotient (AQ), which is the ability of individuals to face challenges and pressures in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach of case studies with the subjects of grade VIII students of SMP Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga who were selected based on the high, medium, and low AQ categories. Data collection techniques include context-based tests, in-depth interviews, and document analysis of student work. The results of the study showed that students with high AQ (climber type) were able to formulate mathematical problems from the context of the problem, compile the SPLDV model, and interpret the results accurately. Students also show high self-control, responsibility, and perseverance. On the other hand, students with moderate AQ (camper) have mathematical representation skills but are less thorough in interpreting results, while students with low AQ (quitter) have difficulty in compiling mathematical models and easily give up. These findings can be the basis for designing learning that strengthens students' character and fighting power in mathematics
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Gunawan Gunawan, Faizal Abdul Hafizh, Jaka Wijaya Kusuma https://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/364 DETERMINANTS OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT (FDI) AND ITS IMPACT ON GNP AND EMPLOYMENT IN JAVA ISLAND 2025-09-26T09:34:30+00:00 Sutrisno sutrisno3831@gmail.com Sumaryoto Sumaryoto sutrisno3831@gmail.com Sutrisno Sutrisno sutrisno3831@gmail.com
The research was conducted in Java Island by analyzing data from provincial districts/cities in Java Island on inflation, interest rates, rupiah exchange rates, total export-import, labor wage values, transportation infrastructure, and foreign portfolios on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Java Island, as well as GRDP and employment opportunities in the period 2013 to 2022. Who is more dominant in purchasing decisions between husband and wife is influenced by many variables. This study aims to investigate the role of variables such as the couple's marital age, occupation, income, and the price paid for marriage. The research was conducted in Banten province with a total of 215 Muslim respondents. The data analysis method uses cross-tabulation analysis and logistic regression to analyse the categorical data.

The results of the study showed that the marital status, employment, and income of couples did not have a significant effect on the dominance of husbands in the purchase decisions of husbands and wives. The larger amount of money that the husband brings into the marriage has a positive and significant impact on the husband's dominance in the couple's purchasing decisions. Husbands who bring more value into marriage will dominate the purchase decision by 1.9 times compared to husbands who bring less value into marriage.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Sutisna https://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/368 SILICA-RICH WASTE TO SUSTAINABLE NANOFIBERS VIA ELECTROSPINNING: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW 2025-09-30T07:13:04+00:00 Louis Lumbanraja lumbanrajalouis2841@gmail.com Syafriadi Syafriadi lumbanrajalouis2841@gmail.com
Often overlooked in conventional waste management systems, silica-rich waste holds untapped potential as a sustainable precursor for advanced nanomaterials. This systematic review critically examines how diverse industrial and agricultural silica-rich residues such as rice husk ash, glass waste, and geothermal sludge can be valorized into functional nanofibers via electrospinning. Applying the PRISMA framework, 150 peer-reviewed studies (2014–2024) were synthesized to map current research on waste selection, silica extraction methods, electrospinning parameters, and end-use performance. The review highlights that tailored purification routes can yield high-purity silica suitable for stable, defect-free nanofibers. Electrospinning success hinges on a fine-tuned interplay of solution properties, operational settings, and ambient conditions. Resulting nanofibers demonstrate outstanding performance in air/water filtration, biomedical scaffolding, and energy storage systems. However, raw material variability, process reproducibility, and scale-up potential persist. By integrating material science with circular economy principles, this work positions waste-derived nanofibers as a strategic pathway toward greener, high-value applications in resource-constrained settings.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Louis Lumbanraja, Syafriadi https://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/369 STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING NURSE PERFORMANCE THROUGH STRENGTHENING THE JOB CHARACTERISTICS, PERSONALITY, AND JOB SATISFACTION: A MIXED METHODS APPROACH AT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS IN SOUTH TANGERANG CITY 2025-09-30T07:13:44+00:00 Ading Sunarto dosen02153@unpam.ac.id Anoesyirwan Moeins Anoesyirwan.moein@upi-yai.ac.id Widodo Sunaryo widodosunaryo20@gmail.com
Nurse performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of health services at community health centers. This study aims to develop strategies to improve nurse performance by strengthening job characteristics, personality, and satisfaction. A mixed methods approach combined a quantitative survey of 141 Puskesmas nurses in South Tangerang City and qualitative analysis through the Delphi technique with Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Quantitative analysis was performed using path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables and the Sobel test to assess the mediating role of job satisfaction.

The results showed that job characteristics, personality, and satisfaction directly, positively, and significantly affected nurse performance. Job characteristics and personality were also found to influence job satisfaction, while the mediating role of job satisfaction, although significant, was not stronger than the direct effect. Qualitative findings through Delphi–FGD supported the quantitative results by showing consistency between nurses' perceptions in the survey and their field experiences, thereby strengthening the validity of the findings. This study concludes that strategies to improve nurse performance in Puskesmas can be directed through three main focuses: strengthening job design, fostering upbeat personality, and increasing job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management in the health sector, while providing a practical basis for policymakers in designing interventions to improve service quality.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Ading Sunarto, Anoesyirwan Moeins, Widodo Sunaryo https://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/370 IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSPORT SECTOR DECARBONIZATION POLICY IN THE MAMMINASATA URBAN AREA 2025-09-30T07:13:45+00:00 Sabery Said sabrysaid.ss@gmail.com Muh.Ashary Anshar sabrysaid.ss@gmail.com Sujatmiko Sujatmiko sabrysaid.ss@gmail.com
The transport sector contributes significantly to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the Mamminasata metropolitan region. This study examines the implementation of transport sector decarbonization policy through strategic and operational perspectives by evaluating institutional roles, inter-agency coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The main objective is to develop a contextual roadmap that supports a transition to low-emission transportation. The study employs a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with local government agencies, transport operators, and community organizations, as well as analysis of policy documents (RPJMD, SUMP, NDC, and IGRK). The data were analyzed thematically and triangulated using perspectives from strategic management (Fred R. David), total quality management (W. Edwards Deming), and the theory of constraints (Eliyahu Goldratt).

The findings reveal the existence of normative frameworks, but their implementation lacks alignment. Institutional fragmentation, weak regulatory integration, and low community adoption of low-emission transport modes further hinder progress. These results highlight the need for institutional consolidation, measurable performance indicators, and a legally supported policy roadmap to operationalize a sustainable urban transport system. This research contributes to strategic transport management literature by providing an empirical basis for actor-based coordination and context-driven transformation. It also recommends developing performance indicators and policy measures to accelerate decarbonization in urban mobility systems. Teachers often impose their will without considering students' interests and talents, so that their potential does not develop optimally. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and financial management on the availability of infrastructure and its implications for the quality of education in public elementary schools in Pandeglang Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument to 105 teachers, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that leadership did not significantly influence the quality of education or infrastructure. In contrast, financial management had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education (t-statistic 2.299; p-value 0.011) and the availability of infrastructure (t-statistic 24.521; p-value 0.000). In addition, the availability of infrastructure was also proven to influence the quality of education (t-statistic 3.032; p-value 0.001). As policymakers and stakeholders recognize the essential role of education in driving social and economic development, ensuring that students acquire relevant knowledge and skills for their future success has become a critical concern. This study was conducted at public elementary schools (SDN) in Pulosari District, Pandeglang Regency, aiming to examine the influence of teacher professionalism and the implementation of continuous professional development (CPD) on educational quality, as well as its impact on teacher quality. The research employed descriptive analysis based on index scores, while Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used for inferential analysis. The SEM-PLS analysis included evaluation of the outer and inner models, followed by testing seven formulated hypotheses. The study involved 144 teachers across seven SDN in Pulosari, with sample selection determined proportionally.

The findings reveal that five hypotheses were supported, while two were not. Teacher professionalism demonstrated a significant impact on both teacher quality and educational outcomes. In contrast, continuous professional development did not show a direct significant effect on educational quality, although it did positively influence teacher quality. Furthermore, teacher quality was found to significantly affect educational quality. Among the two mediation hypotheses, only one was accepted: the mediating role of teacher quality between teacher professionalism and educational quality. The mediating effect of teacher quality in the relationship between CPD and educational quality was not supported. In conclusion, both teacher professionalism and CPD serve as important indicators of educational quality. However, CPD cannot be considered a direct predictor of improvements in educational outcomes.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enung Nuroniah, Tata Rustandi, Angrian Permana https://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/375 IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATION MARKETING STRATEGIES IN IMPROVING SCHOOL COMPETITIVENESS IN SOUTH TANGERANG: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW 2025-09-30T07:15:15+00:00 Syabrina Fitriyani dosen03401@unpam.ac.id Supatmin Supatmin dosen01767@unpam.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the implementation of education marketing strategies in improving school competitiveness in the South Tangerang region through an education management perspective using a systematic literature review with the PRISMA protocol which analyzes 20 reputable journal articles in the field of education management and education marketing for the 2019-2024 period. The study is focused on identifying effective marketing management models in the context of educational leadership and administration, with inclusion criteria including empirical studies of educational marketing management, leadership in school marketing, and educational institution marketing administration. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of education marketing management integrated with the school administration system can increase organizational effectiveness by up to 70%, with transformational leadership being a key factor in the successful implementation of strategies at the institutional level. A marketing management model centered on stakeholder satisfaction shows a significant improvement in the performance of educational organizations, while a structured marketing administration system allows schools to optimize resources and achieve organizational targets. Research limitations include a focus on English-language literature that can limit local perspectives in Indonesian education management and variations in the operational definition of education marketing management. The practical implications suggest that principals and education administrators need marketing management competencies to lead organizational transformation towards market orientation, with the school's organizational structure needing to be adapted to accommodate marketing functions as an integral part of education management. The originality of the research lies in the integration of educational management theory with marketing practices in the perspective of school administration and leadership that contributes to the development of the body of knowledge in contemporary educational management and administration.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Syabrina Fitriyani, Supatmin https://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/377 THE EFFECT OF JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON JOB ROTATION WITH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE IN THE REGIONAL APPARATUS ORGANIZATION (OPD) OF CILEGON CITY 2025-10-06T00:23:46+00:00 Sahroni Sahroni roni202202@gmail.com Sutisna Sutisna roni202202@gmail.com Gema Ika Sari roni202202@gmail.com
One of the challenges faced by the Cilegon City Regional Government is the increasing resistance to job rotation. The main factors causing this resistance include low compensation due to operational budget limitations when employees are transferred to other agencies, placement of transfers at echelon II, III, and IV levels that do not match their educational background, and psychological aspects arising from the change of regional head. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement in influencing job rotation. This study uses a descriptive causal design with a quantitative approach according to the positivist paradigm. Data were collected through research instruments and analyzed using statistical-based hypothesis testing. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee engagement with a coefficient value of 0.616, a t-statistic of 5.544, and a p-value of 0.000. In addition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have been shown to have a positive effect on job rotation. Employee engagement also functions as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to job rotation.
