The instrument used was a questionnaire for each research variable. The research sample used a multi-stage random sampling technique, selecting 124 teachers in Bekasa Regency who teach at private vocational schools. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). The testing included outer model, inner model, path analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), size effect analysis (f2), predictive relevance analysis (Q2), goodness of fit analysis (GoF), and PLS predict analysis. Based on the tests conducted, it can be concluded that the placement of variables determined by experts is appropriate. These variables are indeed suitable as variables that can increase direct or indirect influence on teacher performance variables.&nbsp;</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</p> Rahmawati Rahmawati, Bibin Rubini, Lina Novita Copyright (c) 2025 Rahmawati Rahmawati, Bibin Rubini, Lina Novita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/379 Tue, 11 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ON BRAND AWARENESS AND PURCHASE DECISIONS OF MILLENNIAL CONSUMERS http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/382 <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on brand awareness and purchase decisions of millennial consumers. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, data was collected from 200 millennial respondents aged 27-43 years through an online questionnaire. The variables measured included social media marketing as an independent variable, brand awareness as a mediating variable, and purchase decisions as a dependent variable. Data analysis uses path analysis with SPSS version 26. The results showed that social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness with a path coefficient of 0.672, explaining 45.2% variation. Social media marketing also has a direct effect on purchase decisions with a path coefficient of 0.387. Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a path coefficient of 0.461. The mediation analysis showed that brand awareness played a role as a partial mediation variable with an indirect influence of 0.310 and a total influence of 0.697. Together, social media marketing and brand awareness explain 61.8% of millennial consumers' purchase decisions. This research provides theoretical contributions in enriching the digital marketing literature and practical implications for marketing practitioners in optimizing social media marketing strategies.</p> Haryantini Haryantini Copyright (c) 2025 Haryantini https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/382 Tue, 11 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 LEGAL REVIEW OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT DECISION NO. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 IN THE EXECUTION OF FIDUCIARY GUARANTEE OBJECTS (CASE STUDY OF LEASING COMPANIES IN CILEGON CITY) http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/383 <p>The practice of consumer financing through leasing institutions in Indonesia, utilizing fiduciary guarantees, plays a strategic role in supporting public access to motor vehicle ownership. However, the parate execution mechanism, as stipulated in Article 15 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law Number 42 of 1999, often raises legal issues because it is implemented without judicial procedures. This situation has caused public unrest due to the practice of forced seizure by <em>debt collectors, </em>which is contrary to the principle of <em>due process of law. </em>Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 is a significant milestone because it limits unilateral Execution and requires an acknowledgement of default or a court order, thereby bringing substantial changes to the legal Protection afforded to debtors.</p> <p>This research employs a normative legal approach, utilizing statutory, case, and conceptual methods to analyze the topic. The research data are sourced from primary legal materials, including the Fiduciary Guarantee Law and decisions of the Constitutional Court, as well as secondary legal materials from academic literature. The results of the study indicate that Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 strengthens the legal position of debtors in Indonesia's positive legal system by limiting the practice of parate Execution. However, implementation in Cilegon City still faces obstacles, including the lack of technical regulations, slow adjustments to fiduciary contracts by leasing companies, and low understanding among officials and the public, which ultimately leads to legal uncertainty in practice.</p> <p>Theoretically, this research contributes to the enrichment of civil law literature related to legal certainty and legal Protection following the Constitutional Court Decision. Practically, this research provides understanding for leasing companies, law enforcement officials, and the public regarding the procedures for executing fiduciary objects in accordance with constitutional principles. The study's limitations lie in its normative nature, which does not fully reflect the empirical situation. For further research, a more in-depth empirical study is recommended through interviews with law enforcement officials, leasing companies, and debtors in various regions.</p> Imam Zulfikar, M. However, the effectiveness of village officials and community representation is often an obstacle to development acceleration, especially in agrarian villages such as Sirnagalih Village, Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of village officials in supporting the village head, the contribution of community representation through the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and deliberations, as well as non-legal and legal inhibiting factors that hinder the implementation of legal solutions. The research employs a normative-empirical approach with a descriptive-qualitative perspective, as illustrated through the case study of Sirnagalih Villa for the period from 2020 to 2023. Primary data obtained from semi-structured interviews with 25 respondents (village heads, village apparatuses, BPD, and community), participatory observation, and secondary data from legal documents such as the Village Law, Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014, and Village Fund Report (DD). Data analysis employs legal content analysis and thematic analysis, with triangulation to enhance validity. The study's results showed that the effectiveness of village officials was considered moderate (score 6.5/10), despite the implementation of the 68% DD program; however, it was hindered by a lack of competence (only 40% were trained) and weak coordination, which violated Article 62 of the Village Law. Community representation through BPD and Village Deliberation contributed 50%, with low participation (45%) and minimal supervision (30% of admitted reports), contrary to Articles 5-61 of the Village Law. The legal inhibiting factor includes unclear local regulations, while non-legal factors include a limited budget and patron-client culture. Overall, this collaboration only accelerates the construction of 20% of the RPJMDes target, with a total realization of 65%. The study concludes that the effectiveness of village officials and community representation is not optimal in supporting the acceleration of Development, despite the agrarian potential of Sirnagalih Village. Legal suggestions include a periodical revision of village apparatus training and an inclusive quota for deliberation (50% women/youth), as well as collaboration with the Ministry of Villages for national supervision. This study contributes to strengthening good governance in the Village, in line with the 2020-2024 RPJMN.</p> Muhamad Chairul Fatulah, M. Nassir Agustiawan, M. From the partial test results, it is found that Price (X1) and Wage (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous variable testing reveals that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable, or 362.644 is greater than 3.30, indicating that Motivation (X1) and Wages (X2) simultaneously influence Employee Performance (Y). The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.956 for Y, or 95.6%, and the remaining 4.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p> Nadiatul Khoiroh, Etty Siswati, Lailatul Zamy Copyright (c) 2025 Nadiatul Khoiroh, Etty Siswati, Lailatul Zamy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/388 Tue, 11 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEMS, AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMPETENCE IN IMPROVING THE VALUE ADDED (VAIC) PERFORMANCE OF STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES IN INDONESIA http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/389 <p>This research is motivated by the importance of increasing value added in public sector companies in Indonesia, particularly state-owned enterprises (SOEs), through optimizing information technology, improving the effectiveness of internal control systems, and improving human resource competency. The main objective of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of these three variables on company value added. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the annual reports and financial statements of 20 state-owned enterprises (BUMN) for the period 2019–2023, and processed using panel data regression analysis with a Random Effect model. The results show that information technology and human resource competency have a positive and significant effect on value added, while internal control systems have a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a substantial effect on increasing value added, with an Adjusted R² value of 96.35%. This finding confirms that digital transformation and strengthening human resource capacity are key factors in creating added value and increasing the competitiveness of SOEs in the modern era.</p> Talita Mutiara, Ade Manggala Hardianto, Z Zulkarnain Z Zulkarnain, Yuli Novitasari Copyright (c) 2025 Talita Mutiara, Ade Manggala Hardianto, Z Zulkarnain, Yuli Novitasari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/389 Tue, 11 Nov 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF INNOVATIVE LEARNING MODELS AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN SERANG REGENCY http://ijomral.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/390 <p>Teacher performance in learning is the performance carried out by a teacher in carrying out his duties and responsibilities in providing learning guidance in the form of knowledge and skills so that there is an increase in student learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of innovative learning models and pedagogical competence on teacher performance and educational quality.
